At SUBITO Supplements, we aim to deliver outstanding service in every way. The below outlines our Shipping and Handling processes.


Shipping & Handling Costs

  • We offer FREE Shipping on orders over $99 OR ANY Stack, Australia wide.
  • For orders under $99, our shipping and handling fee is a flat $9.95 Australia wide.

Shipping is automatically calculated at the checkout page after the total has been calculated and the delivery destination has been selected.


Order Placement, Processing and Payment

  • We pack and process orders on the same or next business day.
  • Once you place an order with SUBITO Supplements, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging the receipt of your order.
  • Payments are processed upon successful receipt of your order, and orders are shipped once payment has been verified.
  • We aim to carry adequate stock of all of all products listed on the web site, however they may be occasionally out of stock. If there are any issues with your order, including unavailability of stock, a member of our team will contact you using the details provided for the creation of your customer account or order.



    • When you place an order, we suggest you have it delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as our couriers deliver between 8am and 6pm, and require a signature on receipt.
    • We use courier services and Australia Post for the delivery of our orders, depending on the delivery address provided.
    • Many of our customers receive their orders within 1-2 business days, however we ask that you please allow up to 7 business days for delivery to most capital cities within Australia and up to 10 business days for deliveries to rural addresses as per guidelines provided by our delivery providers. Please be ensured that we aim to have deliveries out to you as soon as possible and you may receive your order well before the timeframes listed above.
    • Deliveries from SUBITO Supplements require a signature upon delivery. If someone is not available to sign for the delivery, a card will be left with instructions to organise re-delivery or pick-up of the parcel.
    • Delivery delays may be incurred due to public holidays, or issues experienced by the courier services we employ, or Australia Post. SUBITO Supplements endeavours to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, however delays caused by courier services or Australia Post may be beyond our control.


    I have received an incorrect/faulty item.

    • If you receive an incorrect item on your order, or if you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know immediately by contacting our Customer Service - simply fill out our Contact Us form and please include as many details as possible about the order and any issue. Please see ourTerms and Conditions for more information regarding faulty items.


    An item is missing from my order.

    • Sometimes, we don't send all of your items on your order in the same individual package or at the same time.
    • If parts of your order have been sent separately, you will receive a notification of this.
    • If you think you are missing an item from your order, please check your dispatch emails in the first instance to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
    • If your order has been split, the delivery note(s) will state which items should be in that part of your order which has been delivered.
    • Please check the delivery notes from each part of your order to make sure you are not missing any items. If an item is missing then please get in touch with Customer Service by filling out our Contact Us form and please provide as many details as possible about the order and any issue experienced.
